Parent & Child Facilities
A parent and child suite is located on the second floor of Ocean Terminal, next to Baxter’s. The closest lift to this is from the red carpark, behind BHS on the ground floor and Marks and Spencer’s Simply Food on the first floor. There is also a baby change facility in the first floor men’s and women’s toilets and the ground floor women’s toilets.
Accessibility/Mobility
Lothian Shopmobility is available at Ocean Terminal. You can register and hire wheel chairs and scooters at the customer services desk on the ground floor. Assistance is available on level C of the red (western) car park, this is accessible by pressing the shopmobility button by the mall entrance on this level. There are disabled parking spaces on this level also.
Guide / Help Dogs
Guide / help dogs are permitted inside Ocean Terminal. No other animals may be brought into the centre.
Parking
There are over 1500 free car parks for shoppers. Coach parking is also available at the front of the centre.
